Some Practical Situations

You are relocating to Bangalore, to join your new company.

Your company doesn't provide any initial accommodation.

So you need a place to stay temporarily while you do your house hunting.

You live in a PG and your friends/parents are in town to visit you.

But your PG doesn't allow any guests.

Even if they allow, you feel that your PG isn't the ideal place for their stay.

You have to give an exam in Bangalore.

So you need a quiet and comfortable place to stay while you can attend to your exams peacefully.

You had an altercation with your spouse.

The atmosphere at home is heated up & you can't stay there.

So you need some alone-time in a safe & secluded place until the dust settles down.

You are in a live-in relationship. You broke-up with your partner.

Obviously you can't stay together. And you don't feel like imposing yourself at a friend's place. Definitely not at a relative's place.

So you need a place to stay until you figure things out.

A family member is undergoing a major surgery at a nearby hospital on Sarjapur Road (Manipal Hospitals/Motherhood/Sakra).

You can't stay in the hospital while they are in the ICU.

So you need a place to stay until they are shifted out of ICU and then you can join them.
